A new selection of table sauces, dressings and condiments has been released by Owen Potts, co-owner of Potts Partnership.
Owen developed the recipes for each product, drawing from his 15 years of experience in the food industry.
Each sauce or dressing is based on a familiar classic, with Mr Potts adding a twist to create new flavour combinations.
Owen said, “We have products such as a traditional tartare sauce with plenty of capers and gherkins, but with an additional oriental taste of wasabi shoots and rice wine. Our apple sauce has the added flavours and textures from currently popular pears and a wholegrain mustard with cider, which makes it the perfect condiment for roast pork, duck and goose.
“Using the popular tapas dish Patatas Bravas as inspiration, our Bravas sauce uses plenty of tomatoes reduced with sherry vinegar to a thick sauce and flavoured with authentic Spanish pimenton smoked paprika and a good measure of cayenne for heat. Drizzle over sautéed potatoes or fried potato skins with a little alioli garlic mayonnaise for the Barcelona version of Patatas Bravas. It’s also superb with a quality sausage or burger and perfect in a chorizo and Manchega cheese panini!” he added.
