NEW CRISPBREAD BITES

Peter’s Yard new crispbread bites are a crunchy baked snack, which can be enjoyed with drinks, on their own and especially with dips!

Available in 3 varieties: Sea Salt, Five Seed and Cumin & Nigella Seed, each flavour is based on the Peter’s Yard’s classic sourdough crispbread recipe before being cut into bite-sized rectangular pieces and baked until golden and crispy.

Sea Salt is light and crispy with the addition of Halen Môn Sea Salt. Five Seed has a more rustic texture with the additional healthy mix of pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, linseed and chia seeds. Cumin & Nigella Seed has a crunchy texture derived from linseeds and a warming flavour from the special whole spice mix that includes cumin, nigella, caraway, anise and fennel.

As the crispbread bites come into their own when served alongside a dip, Peter’s Yard has teamed up with TV Chef and food writer Valentine Warner who has created a special dip recipe to suit each of the 3 varieties of crispbread bites.
