Launching for the spring, Olives Et Al introduce new additions to their Middle Eastern inspired range in Coriander and Red Chilli Olives and Pesto. The products, based on an authentic chilli sauce recipe discovered during recent adventures in Israel, include coriander, parsley, spices, garlic and chilli and both are suitable for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets.
The pitted Coriander and Chilli Olives, available in 250g jars and loose in 2.5K trays, are marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which, having infused with the natural flavours in the jar, can be used as an ingredient in its own right – try it as a marinade or drizzled over roasted veg.
Olives Et Al’s Coriander and Chilli Pesto, with the blend of Middle Eastern inspired natural ingredients, brings a complex, fiery flavour to meat, fish, veg, couscous, rice and pasta – or just enjoy it with a hunk of bread.
