Island Bakery Organics is one of the very few good quality organic biscuit brands available exclusively to the independent retailer and its products reflect true indulgence.

Well presented and winner of multiple food awards, Island Bakery Organics offer a point of difference from other brands. It’s favourite product, the delicious Lemon Melt, is flavoured simply with lemon oil and generously dipped in organic white chocolate. There’s also the very sophisticated Chocolate Gingers, each one hand-topped with a generous chunk of stem ginger and dipped in dark chocolate, as well as the more traditional (but expertly executed) fayre such as its all-butter Shortbread and honey-sweetened Oat Crumbles.

New for 2008 is Apple Crumbles, which use apple juice to obtain a genuine baked apple flavour. All Island Bakery biscuits are also presented in new, fresh cartons, ready for the second half of 2008.
