Mustard With A Kick

Witney-based Shaken Oak Products is continuing with its promotion of beer mustards using regional beers by introducing Station Porter Mustard to its product list.

Station Porter is made by the Wickwar Brewing Company and was voted the Supreme Champion Winter Beer of Britain 2008 by a panel of judges at CAMRA’s National Winter Ale Festival in Manchester. The 6.1% abv porter makes a rich and spicy mustard that enhances dishes on the table and is also a useful ingredient in the kitchen.
