Mojo Sauces

New for 2008 from Delicioso, importers of high-quality Spanish food for delicatessens and restaurants, is an exciting range of Mojo sauces, direct from the Canary Islands.
Free from any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives, they are an authentic part of the Canary Islands’ traditional cuisine, including the famous dish ‘Papas con Mojo’ - small salted jacket potatoes with Mojo picón rojo – spicy red pepper salsa.

The recipes and traditions for making these special sauces have been handed down through the Ramirez family for many generations. They are also incredibly versatile and the red and green pepper sauces, garlic salsas and marinades can be used to accompany meat and fish dishes, as well as vegetables and pasta.

Presented in 330ml bottles and one litre catering sizes, there is also a boxed set of three 80g mojo sauces - great for fondues and barbecues!
