With fish and seafood receiving so much press coverage, the new range of Amand Traiteur terrines will enable retailers to demonstrate a commitment to provenance and sustainability, whilst also offering customers attractive and tasteful products to choose from.
The new range (available from February) is made up of six terrines; three are produced using fish and shellfish; two with poultry and meat and the sixth being a Goat’s Cheese and Tomato Terrine. The recipes for these products take account of sustainability and provenance issues, for example the Sardine and Tomato Terrine is produced using locally caught and sustainably fished sardines high in Omega 3 oil. There is also a Trout and Vegetable terrine produced with organic trout. Both terrines are made with whole pieces of fish, the end result being both a delicious and eye catching dish for your counter!
Available from Meridian Sea or through distributors the new range is being promoted with a monthly discount. Each month a 20% discount will be offered on a featured terrine along with another Amand product.
