ManíLIfe was born out a trip to Argentina.
“I was using peanut butter, working with soup kitchens. The impact was mesmerizing – it’s the best nutritional tool on the planet. It’s a genuinely healthy indulgence”
They source their peanuts from a single farm in Argentina. They make fresh batches every week in the “London ManíFactory”. They were recently awarded a BBC Good Food Show bursary and 3 months ago they were approached by a major UK supermarket. They were still in a Vitamix.
6 months later Stu returned home and launched ManíLife (or “peanut” life in Argentine). ManíLife aims to harness the “might of el Mani” to get people enjoying eating properly.
The journey has been a calamitous one!
The day after their first ton of peanuts arrived in the UK the manufacturer pulled out. Stu grouped together over 40 friends (immortalized inThe “ManíBabe Hall of Fame”) and started kitchen hopping around London with a couple of blenders.
Countless disasters ensued but the process forced us to become masters of our craft.
The company is now partnered up with a production house in North London, who is building them a proper London ManíFactory to bring ManíLife to the masses.
