Mad For Manchego

With full D.O status, Artequeso won the Best Artisanal Manchego in 2005 from the La Mancha regional council.

Producing a range that includes a Curado (aged over six months) and Semi-Curado (aged between two and six months); Manchego is made with raw milk from the special Manchega breed of sheep, giving it a rich, piquant flavour. The ideal accompaniment to olives, quince paste or chorizo for that authentic taste of Spain.
