Luscombe’s Cool Ginger Beer

A cool version of the classic ginger beer.

This one has a creamy, almost soda feel to it - made with milled fresh root ginger. It has the warmth and citrus tones of root ginger but not the ‘burn’ usually associated with ginger beers. It’s almost identical to a ginger beer you may have made at home, if you are of that generation. We then add Sicilian lemon juice – because they are reputedly the most fragrant in the world – a little brewer’s yeast and some magic that only a founder can add.
