‘The most wonderful thing I have ever tasted’ was the message on our answerphone when we came back after Christmas.

Perhaps a little over-exuberant, but the product in question, our Old Spot Real Ale Chutney, remains our best selling chutney. 

Fruity, full of texture and enhanced by a good slug of locally produced Old Spot Real Ale from the delightful Uley Brewery, makes this the perfect chutney to serve with strong cheeses, meat pies, and quiches.  We had great success mixing it with sausage meat for amazing sausage rolls which we handed out to customers at Cheltenham Wholefoods at Christmas.

But we don’t just rely on trusted favourites and at Kitchen Garden we love concocting new recipes.

This year we will be adding Dill Mustard Sauce, Fig and Honey Jam and Chilli Jam to our range.  And don’t forget the honey … Cotswold Blossom Honey, made by Cotswold bees.
