The pasta is made in Italy with “00” flour, free range egg and the best quality ingredients, using traditional methods of production to achieve contemporary flavours for the fillings, and the finest quality fresh pasta. Pre-packed in six flavours (250g tray), or loose to sell from the serve-over counter.
We recently introduced a range of pasta sauces, all made fresh and keeping within the quality and presentation of the rest of our products: Pesto Genovese, Ragú di Cinghiale (wild boar), and Ragú Toscano (beef ragú).
