It’s Tasca Time

If you want to offer your customers a sandwich with a difference, try a Tasca from Mantinga. Just thaw, fill and serve!  More substantial than the well-known pitta bread, Tascas are Italian baked soft bread pockets which can be easily split and crammed full with any number of different combinations of fillings. Why not try a classic cheese and ham filled Tasca? Or, for something a little more Italian, pesto with fresh Mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and torn basil?  There are three in the range; Red Onion Tasca containing red onion pieces; Caesar Tasca with black pepper and an Italian cheese topping and the Plain Tasca.
