Italian Easter

This year the company has introduced a special selection of popular Easter foods, such as the classic Colomba, a dove-shaped cake similar in taste to panettone, but with candied orange peel instead of raisins. Available in 100g, 500g, 750g and 1kg packs, the dessert is slow-risen for three days and produced using natural yeast to ensure a light texture. A new line of chocolate eggs and gift boxes from gourmet Italian manufacturer Venchi is also available. Produced with no refined vegetable oil, hydrogenated fats, flavourings or additives, the eggs are decorated with coloured organza and contain gifts.
