Hot Chocolates

They say there is nothing new in design, just re-creation, and that the same applies to food and recipes too. Every now and again something new leaps out of the box. Spice-Rack Chocolates have done just that by taking a high quality (54% cacao) chocolate and infusing it with a blend of herbs and spices. Each hand-cast piece is delicately flavoured, individually hand-painted with a coloured cocoa butter, and then packed in beautifully designed boxes.

Over in America chefs Paul and Mary Schellhammer set out to challenge the market in 2006 with their exciting and unique flavours. Grapefruit and Lavender, Mango and black Pepper, Lemon and Basil, Smoked Seasalt and White Pepper, Key Lime and Jamaican Curry, then …Japanese Wasabi, and Spicey Cayenne and Chilli Powder are a few of the 15 flavours. Over the last 2 years they have picked up several awards for these little masterpieces. Packed in 15 piece 141g boxes up to the stunning 36 piece “Cube”.
