Happy Endings

Established just over a year ago, The Pudding Compartment has already won three awards for its delicious range of traditional steamed puddings, all handmade with the finest quality ingredients. The perennial favourite, Sticky Toffee Pudding, received a Gold Award at the Great Taste Awards, as did the Ginger Pudding, while the Seville Pudding, made with a delicious blend of marmalade and apricots, won at the True Taste of Wales Food Awards. Other recipes include a tangy Citrus Pudding, the moreish Milk Chocolate Pudding and the decadent Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Available in two sizes – a generous single portion or ‘big enough to share’ – the puddings come with their own sauce and are attractively packaged in recyclable paper pots. They can be sold from the chiller or freezer and for convenience can be reheated by microwave or steamer.
