Shipped in bulk and packed in Scotland, we are proud to offer our flagship product - Active Jarrah Honey, which has exceptionally high levels of anti-bacterial activity and mono-floral purity, yet also has a remarkably low glucose level and takes a long time to crystallise. Active Jarrah honey offers very high antioxidant levels too, and is incredibly rare due to the bi-annual flowering and protected status of the Jarrah tree.
