It’s a new year and a new start for Gillies Fine Foods as it refocuses its range on a host of new products and brand extensions.
For 2008, Gillies Fine Foods will be concentrating on promoting its Chilliheads range, an extended selection of sweet sauces, savouries and the ever popular Clootie. The biscuit range will also be extended during the coming spring.
To the 2star gold award winning Chilli Jam, Gillies has added, rubs, marinades and seasonings, plus in addition to its already strong sauces selection it is planning to introduce a Sauce for Fish and later in the year, a Sauce for Game.
Alongside its sweeter products - Chocaholic’s Sauce and Very Fuddgy Fudge Sauce – will be Limoncello Chocaholic’s, Mandarino Chocaholic’s and Lord Nelson’s Spiced Rum Liqueur Chocaholic’s.
The Ale, Whisky, Ginger and Orange Clootie slices have also gained a big brother in the guise of a 400g Clootie Pudding Cake.
