GOLD Award for Nouveau Nettle Jelly

Hawkshead Relish has taken a 2 star GOLD Great Taste award for their unique Nettle Jelly!

Locally gathered young nettles produce a rustic jelly, expertly balanced with a sweet apple base. This is a wonderful condiment with pork, veal or an extra mature farmhouse cheese. Being handmade in small open pans produces a culinary creation which is a true example of the provenance of regional originality.
This latest Great Taste award brings the total accumulated by Hawkshead Relish company to 46, making this Lake District based company one of the most accredited speciality producers in the UK.
