Founded in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver, The Fresh Pasta Company supplies fine Italian fresh pasta to fine food stores and restaurants.

The pasta is made in Italy with \“00\” flour, free range egg and the best quality ingredients. The team use traditional methods of production to achieve contemporary flavours for the fillings, and the finest quality fresh pasta.

The filled fresh pasta comes pre-packed in six flavours (250g tray serves 2 people), or loose to sell from the serve-over counter.
