The Fruit Tower is one of Mantinga’s more unusual offerings, adding a point of difference to farm shop or delicatessen bakery ranges. The sourdough tower contains raisins, peanuts, dried plums, dried apricots and sunflower seeds and is made with wheat and rye flour to ensure a rich, nutty, malty taste.
The product is delivered frozen to retailers in cases of 18 units, ready to be thawed and displayed.
Suggested food pairings include fresh goat’s cheese or toast with unsalted butter. Mantinga has a range of over 300 regional products, all carefully sourced from artisan bakers across the globe.
