Tom Gardiner, his wife Maureen and their son Tom are personally involved in the everyday running of the business, ensuring that high standards are maintained in every aspect, from production to packing and despatch.

The unique flavours of the fudge have all been developed by Tom Gardiner Jnr and 2008 sees the launch of two delicious new varieties - Clotted Cream and Cranberry & Blueberry.
