Fairfields Farm Crisps is a family-owned potato farm run by husband and wife team, Robert and Laura Strathern. Potatoes grown on the family farm in Essex are hand selected, washed and then pan-fried in sunflower oil. Fairfields Farm Crisps is proud to support independent retailers and do not supply any of the major multiples.
Flavours have been sourced from local producers to ensure high quality and low food miles. All ingredients are 100% natural, non GM and are suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs (except smoky bacon). There are six flavours available in both 40g and 100g bags. Varieties include: Ever so Lightly Sea Salted, Sea Salt & Aspall Cyder Vinegar, Suffolk Farmhouse Cheese & Chive, Sweet Suffolk chilli from The Chilli Company, Wicks Manor Smoky Bacon & Sunday Roast Potato, Parsnip Crisp with Essex Honey & Black Pepper.
