Hand-crafted by artisan cheese makers on the wilds of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, the delicious Cornish Blue is a Cheese of outstanding quality and taste with a rich and creamy, sweet, mild flavour.
Produced on the farm, from its own herd of pedigree Holstein Fresian cows, Cornish Blue matures over many months in the perfect conditions of pure, mild and moist air on Bodmin Moor and its quality is well recognised by the multitude of national awards it has won.
Cornish Blue is mouth-watering enjoyed on it’s own as part of the cheeseboard, it’s equally at home added to cooking for sauces, dips and simply grated on favourite dishes. Why not try the newly launched ‘Cheese Pâtés? Choose from Fig with Cornish Blue or Pear and Walnut with Cornish Blue.
