Casson’s English Herbs launched a fantastic range of sauces, dressings, and jellies in May 2007 and reached great acclaim by winning three gold Great Taste Awards for the Apple and Sage jelly, Watercress sauce and the Tarragon and Lemon sauce.
Charlotte Casson launched the new range of seasonings in September from Casson’s Herbs and Spices, perfect for winter cooking. These include:

The herbs used in the new selection are grown and dried at Frith Farm. The extra ingredients are all sourced for their high qualities and flavours. All the seasonings have a little sea salt in them ready to shake straight onto roasts, in casseroles, soups, sauces and stir fries.
