Cottage Delight has launched its new brochure for 2012/13 unveiling an exciting collection of new product categories.

Featuring in our new Cooks Selection is a range of three unique meat marinades – Baste & Grill. Created especially for home entertaining, the Baste & Grill range is bursting with great flavours that tenderize and marinades the meat. The squeeze bottle, with twist nozzle cap, is perfect for the experimental chef and makes it easy and fun to squeeze an extra flavour whilst cooking.

The unusual flavour profiles will appeal to your foodie customers making a great addition for meat and fish purchases.
- Blood Orange & Ginger a tangy oriental flavour of blood orange, ginger and soy perfect with pork, chicken, duck.
- Tamarind & Lemon Masala a blend of tamarind and spices for a delicious masala flavour, ideal with chicken or fish.
- Argentinean Chimichurri a tasty combination of garlic and herbs for a delicious tasting steak.
