Premium preserve producer Thursday Cottage has just launched a new range of fruit coulis. Tapping into the growing market for sweet table sauces, the company has introduced the products exclusively into independent delis and farm shops.
Made from traditional British fruits, the coulis come in four flavours: Blackcurrant, Raspberry, Gooseberry & Elderflower and Damson. Containing 80% fruit and 20% sugar, the selection is ideal for consumers wanting healthier condiments with a bit more bite. The versatile products can be enjoyed as a simple topping for ice cream, mixed into yoghurt or even in summer cocktails.
