Did you try our Marshmallows at the Speciality Chocolate Fair?

We hope that you had the opportunity to try one of our Barú marshmallows at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair. Our bite-sized, signature marshmallows are individually wrapped and generously coated in luxurious milk or dark Belgian chocolate.

Our Marshmallow ‘clouds’ are made to a carefully developed recipe that includes real honey and ground vanilla pods to create a soft, light, melt-in-the-mouth experience!

New flavours for 2015:

Strawberry & Toasted Coconut with a layer of strawberry truffle and covered in dark chocolate and topped with sprinkles of toasted coconut.

Coffee & Cream has a generous topping of coffee and cream ganache and enrobed in Belgian milk chocolate

Dark Caramel is topped with a rich layer of luxurious dark caramel and enveloped in milk chocolate.

Packed into a contemporary-designed 60g box. Larger boxes also available. 

NEW Swirly Chocolate Drinks:

As the night’s start to get darker, it’s time to start reaching for a cup of warming hot chocolate. Our drinking powders go back to basics using the finest quality Belgian chocolate for an indulgent drink. The drinking chocolates have also been designed to be a fun experience with added moulded chocolate pieces (hat, car, moustache, star, moon…) that slowly melt into the hot chocolate.

(don’t worry the Swirly Chocolate Drinks, Fluffy Marshmallow Chocolate Powder and Spicy, Vanilla and Chocolate Chai Latte are still all available!).
