Potts Partnership has added eight new recipes to its range of classic European sauces, including two fabulous desert fillings: Black Cherry & Bramley Apple with Kirsch Dessert Filling and a Blackcurrant, Pear and Roast Anise Dessert Filling. These perfectly-balanced fruity fillings offer wonderful flavour combinations and texture, allowing customers to make memorable desserts with minimum effort.
They can be used to bring a contemporary twist to old classics; layer in a glass with ice-cream and fresh cream for a modern knickerbocker glory, or combine with crushed meringue and cream to update an Eton mess. The dessert fillings can also be layered in a glass with yoghurt and crushed digestives, spooned onto a panna cotta or over a New York-style cheesecake. Or, think American waffle house and use them to fill pancakes or heap onto warmed waffles.
