Lyth Valley damsons; indigenous to south Cumbria with their robust fruity flavour have been combined with pungent, fresh, sweet basil leaves to create a masterful melody of culinary creativeness.

Having been awarded GOLD Champion 2013 at the ‘Taste Cumbria’ awards this is certainly an up and coming star. Serve with roast lamb or veal; smoked meats and cheese are also partial to this delicious accompaniment; or warm and serve as a jus to British beef fillet.
