Family-run producer Silver and Green offers a varied selection of premium Mediterranean delicacies, from olive oil and antipasti to tapas and meze ingredients. The company, which is based in the heart of the Lake District, also prepares its own line of olives. Great care is taken at every stage of the process, from the selection of the olives to the preparation of the delicious marinades that give the ingredients their unique flavours.
All Silver and Green’s products are sourced from artisan producers on the continent, allowing the supplier to keep a watchful eye on the way its products are grown, nurtured and prepared.
