Chapman’s Fishcakes

The Chapman Family produce delicious, handmade, gourmet fish cakes using the ‘pick of the fish’ from local producers.

The fish cakes are made using traditional recipes, originating with Mavis Chapman of the Chapman Family - over 50 years ago.

We offer a choice of six tempting flavours, which include:  Haddock and Leek with Cheddar Cheese, Classic Fish and Parsley, Salmon with Lemon and Dill, Smoked Haddock and Bacon, Thai Style Salmon, and Hot Smoked Salmon and Horseradish.
