The company picks and presses its apples at the peak of their ripeness, then gently pasteurises the juice before pouring it into special cartons, sealing in the goodness so it can be enjoyed fresh as the day it was pressed.
All Cawston Press juices are ambient, with a long shelf life to reduce the risk of expensive wastage for retailers. Many stores choose to sell the juice in the chiller, where they have found sales are considerably higher. Apple & Ginger is the producer’s biggest selling variant, closely followed by the rest of the range – including the recently launched Apple & Beetroot flavour.
