Brownie Mix

Our brownie mix is packed full of cocoa powder, chocolate chips and chocolate powder to make a yummy chocolate brownie.

Opinion on what makes the perfect brownie is often divided but we think this one is ace.

Follow the instructions on the pack carefully. If you like a light brownie, bake them for about 20 minutes. If you prefer a sticky fudgy brownie bake them for slightly less, about 18 minutes.

Sponge Cake Mix
Our sponge mix only needs one egg and milk to make two lovely light sponges. Perfect for birthdays and summer parties. Fill the layers with whipped cream and jam or fresh summer fruits if they are in season.

Scone Mix
Our scone mix makes deliciously buttery scones that melt in the mouth. In Ireland we eat lots of scones for breakfast. Other prefers them for afternoon tea. Either way, remember good scones need good butter or whipped cream and lots of jam.

Brown Bread Mix
Our brown bread mix is a traditional Irish soda bread made using stoneground wholemeal from our mill. When you mix in the milk the dough is quite wet so you can spoon it straight into a tin. No need for moulding or proving the dough.This is a fast and delicious loaf of bread to bake. You can add a handful of seeds, nuts or fruit to the dough to add your own twist.
