Their best-selling product, the delicious Lemon Melt, is flavoured simply with lemon oil and generously dipped in organic white chocolate. There’s also the very sophisticated Chocolate Gingers, each one hand-topped with a generous chunk of stem ginger and dipped in dark chocolate, as well as the more traditional (but expertly executed) fayre such as its all-butter Shortbread and honey-sweetened Oat Crumbles.
