We are probably best known for our extensive and ever-growing selection of pâtés, terrines and rillettes. From handmade pork pâté with smoked garlic to lobster terrine with fresh cream and Cognac, and wild boar pâté or white truffle mustard to goats cheese terrine with artichoke and tomato, there is something for everybody – meat lovers, fish fanatics and vegetarians alike.
All products can be supplied under the Ballancourt brand. However we specialize in designing and printing private labels at no extra cost.
