Subhi Jabri & Sons Co. to which an empire was set and to be carried on through family heritage and legacies.
After his passing his sons Yousef Jabri and Mohammed Kheir Jabri took it upon themselves to carry on in their father’s footsteps and to always preserve the name for what it was well known for, and to this day they have done so.
Being the current CEOs, their aim is to enhance and encourage the promotion of the company’s fine sweets and fine food products such as the Jordanian local delicacy “Knafeh” which is cheese based dessert item to which the company has perfected and un-rivaled in both quality and flavor.
Other sweets the company provides are “Baklava” which are pastry based sweets that come in miniature or “bite size” form, that contain pistachio nuts, walnuts, pine nuts and cashew nuts.
Their current new promotion of the Baklava range is the No Added Sugar variety, to which is suitable for people who are more health conscious and to those who may suffer from diabetes, using a special formula to match that of the “regular” variety they provide, the no added sugar range is truly matched in flavor, texture and most assuredly, quality.
Starting from 200 grams to 1 kilo, the no added sugar range is truly un-compromised, but it doesn’t stop there.
The company also makes what they call the “Royal Variety Baklava Range” which is essentially the same baklava contents but in a much more petite size and an even grander packaging where most of the royal variety baklavas are served and displayed in a beautiful Egyptian mother of pearl case with a rough burgundy velvet material.
The alternative royal variety case is the Syrian wooden box with the typical Syrian pattern etched into it.
The products are beautiful to eat as they are to look at, which is why to this day Subhi Jabri & Sons Co. is the leading force in quality management and product assurance to which they have been accredited the ISO 22000 health standard from TUV Austria which truly gives you an indication to the term “fine” in fine Arabian sweets.
