Apple Do Nicely

Last Autumn Joe and Dawn Reade at Island Bakery Organics added to their delicious line-up of indulgent biscuits with a little fruity number called Apple Crumbles. Sticking to their principle that taste must come from real ingredients rather than chemical concoctions, Joe and Dawn were liberal with their scoops of apple pieces and glugs of apple juice to give a genuine, intensely appley taste. Coupled with a sprinkling of cinnamon, chewy oats and plenty of butter, the result is a biscuit bursting with flavour and with a magically more-ish texture.
Word has it that very soon Apple Crumbles will be available in the tempting 2-biscuit packs in which many of the bakery’s other biscuits are already available. We don’t think there’s a finer organic biscuit range out there!
