Founded in 2004, Chilliqueen Ltd produces an all natural, hot sweet chilli pepper jelly range, known as Chelly.
In 2005, its first year of trading, Chelly won both gold and silver Great Taste Awards, and in 2007 a further two gold awards. The range currently consists of seven recipes: Original, Ginger & Lime, Sundried Tomato & Balsamic Vinegar, Coriander & Shallot, Mint, Cranberry and Extra Hot.
Traditionally made in open pans, and using all natural ingredients they are suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs. They are also incredibly versatile and perfect for glazes, marinades, stir-fries, rice, pasta, dips, or just as a condiment for a sandwich or wrap.
As a result of demand, the company is now extending the range to the food service industry. With their culinary versatility, and eye catching design the range continues to be a winner both with the consumer, and the independent retailer.
