Manufactured to a traditional French recipe, the crème fraiche is made by combining specially selected West Cornwall milk with a unique production process to ensure its authentic thickness and delightfully rich and creamy colour.  Developed to transform the ordinary into the divine, this quality cultured cream is a highly versatile ingredient, excellent for use in a range of dishes from cheese cakes to dips and jacket potato toppings to desserts. Recently selected to be listed in many Waitrose stores, this is one of the very few crème fraiches that is ideally suited to cooking. Its distinctive thick and velvety texture and slightly nutty taste adds the most luxurious touch to quiches, stroganoffs, soups and other sweet or savoury sauces.
