Get your free copyThere was a mix of larger and smaller companies that took home prizes, including established brands such as Scotty Brand and Dean’s of Huntly and younger businesses such as Mama Tea and Hebridean Sea Salt.
Iain Burnett, The Highland Chocolatier won the Product of the Year Award for its Velvet Truffles and Spiced Pralines, while the Business of the Year Award went to St James Smokehouse, based in Annan.
A special award was given to Paul Grant, chairman of jam producer Mackays, for Outstanding Achievement in Food and Drink.
