Rick Sheepshanks, founder of Stokes Ketchup said, “Chipotle peppers work fantastically well in ketchup, giving a smoky taste I love and it is a flavour that is increasingly popular for burgers, barbeques and hotdogs.”
The Suffolk-based producer has been creating sauces for nearly 20 years, using the best ingredients available including unrefined cane sugar and high quality Italian tomatoes, to great consumer response – 2013 alone saw sales of its ketchup rise by 40 per cent.
