  • Heart of England fine foods (HEFF) invites you to attend a Meet the Buyer event on Thursday 1st May 2008. The Meet the Buyer will be with Teresa Richards, the owner of a new deli in Coventry called Tco.

Tco Deli is will be a friendly and relaxed Deli in the centre of Coventry that brings a wealth of top quality local produce for customers to try and buy. It will sell traditional Italian products with a large and sumptuous range of local produce. The service will also include a snack bar that supplies a variety of bread based products to eat in and take away. Owner, Teresa Richards, wants to make Tco a place that welcomes any age customer and serves them quickly and efficiently when their time is limited but the deli will also stay open a little later than most so they can come in at the end of the day, browse, discuss and enthuse over good food.

The event will be taking place on Thursday 1st May 2008 at Oakwood Court Training and Conference Centre. Oakwood Centre, Spring Hill, Arley, Coventry CV7 8FF.

The meetings will take the form of individual appointments or product showcases. The cost of this opportunity is £30.00 plus VAT for members of HEFF and £37.50 plus VAT for non-members. Any bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full booking fee.

Please note you will only be able to attend this event if you demonstrate application of the Heart of England fine foods Hygiene and Food Safety Standard.
