Edward Berry will be based between Dorset and London and intends to continue his work in the food industry. He will remain at Ludlow Food Centre while it recruits someone to take his place as managing director.
Recruitment for the role is through Hugh Nickerson of Conundrum Consulting Ltd.
Edward Berry said, “I have had the most brilliant time working at Ludlow Food Centre with the on-site team and with the Windsor-Clive family. It just felt like the right time to move on, with a strong team in place and things going positively for the business. The aim now is to find the right person to keep the business going forward; it is a vibrant and exciting place to work and bursting with opportunities. I am off to seek my own opportunities and hope that I can use my experience to work with a variety of businesses. We will see what the future holds…”
David Windsor-Clive, chairman of the Ludlow Food Centre said, “As a family and board, we wish Edward well in his next steps. He has brought new ideas and energy; he has delivered a great deal in his time with us. We know that other businesses that he works with will benefit as we have done - and we now look forward to finding someone that can step into his successful shoes.”
