This year’s exhibition will showcase nearly 1,000 new products, including categories that have been specially selected for the UK market. They include lesser-known aged foods, botanical-infused oils and dressings, cheese, organic and indigenous wines, sugar and gluten-free and vegan treats and bakery products.
Aldo Mazzocco, CEO of Bellavita said, “The UK is the fourth largest importer of Italian products worldwide, with food and beverage at the forefront in terms of growth. In the UK the culture around food is constantly changing: the British public is more knowledgeable about Italian food and expects transparency and quality at fair price. This is why Bellavita Expo is such an important date for food and beverage professionals looking for innovative produce that can capture consumers’ attention and increase sales thanks to its authentic regional identity.”
