- Well-known foodie and presenter of the hit TV series MasterChef, Gregg Wallace, is speaking at Farm Shop & Deli Live
Renowned for setting up his own fruit and veg business, Gregg will be speaking at the new exhibition which has been specifically designed to meet the business and retail needs of farm shops, delis and food halls.
The title of his talk is ‘Fruit and Veg: Make it work’ in which he will concentrate on how specialist retailers can increase their profitability.
Farm Shop & Deli Show 2011 is being held at Birmingham’s NEC from 27th February to 1st March and a visit is a must for all speciality retailers looking for fresh, local and seasonal ideas.
Gregg’s presentation is part of a programme designed to help speciality retailers drive sales and improve the profitability of their business.
Event manager Jack Halliday said, “We are delighted that visitors will be able to gather market information to identify and understand the key trends that will impact on their businesses over the coming year. They will also be able to hear a speaker of the calibre of Gregg Wallace.”
