- The renowned Mumtaz Group is to open a new delicatessen at 5Rise Shopping Centre in Bingley, near Bradford, West Yorkshire
Jaldi Jaldi: Mumtaz On the Move, as it is branded, will be the groups’ sixth franchise to open in the UK with further expansion plans in the future
Mumtaz has become famous across the globe for its Kashmiri cuisine. From its humble beginnings as a restaurant in Bradford, Mumtaz has expanded to become an Asian food empire with a £3 million food production facility that supplies multiple chains and retailers across the UK. With a specialist baby food brand, Mumtaz also offers a food emporium with an online shopping facility, home dining, outside catering as well as the new Jaldi Jaldi delicatessen.
Mumtaz has secured a prominent 1185 sq ft shop for Jaldi Jaldi at 5Rise that fronts onto the main high street. It has committed to a 15 year lease at 5Rise at a rental of £28,000 per annum.
Customers will be able to purchase a choice of meat and vegetarian curries, a range of popular starters, sandwiches, wraps, side dishes and drinks. Also available will be a range of home-dining dishes.
