Export Sales Boost for Barber’s 1833

Giles Barber, director said “Exports are a rapidly expanding part of our business as the best of British food products are increasingly being recognised for their world leading quality in many markets. We now sell as much Barber’s 1833 outside of the UK as we do inside of it.

“Leading food retailers around the world increasingly look to offer a truly international range of products and in particular want to offer iconic foods from their original region.

“The traditional starter cultures we use, indigenous to the original cheddar making region, gives Barber’s 1833 the really authentic flavour and provenance sought by the world’s top retailers.”
