Get your free copyThree months of judging of this year’s 6027 entries ended at Fortnum & Mason with the Supreme judging panel making the final decision just hours before the announcement.
The stellar panel included chefs and revered food critics including Sat Bains, Racine’s Henry Harris, Nic Watt of ROKA, Bruno Loubet, Silvena Rowe, Charles Campion, Xanthe Clay and Lucas Hollweg.
Hurstwood Farm is the first, and only, commercial producer of Cobnut Oil in the UK. Similar to hazelnut or walnut oil, but with a more intensely delicious nutty flavour, cobnut oil gives added flavour and depth to many dishes, both hot and cold.
