- Cheese makers, buyers and sellers visiting The British Cheese Awards are invited to attend tasting tours of the event's 1,000+ cheeses
Organised with help from Adams Food, the tours will take place on Wednesday 17th May at 9am-midday and will offer a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the UK’s finest cheeses.
Cheese professionals can attend all eight sessions for £25 per person.
Juliet Harbutt, founder of The British Cheese Awards said, “The tours are not just inspirational, they’re also educational. They give an insight into the diversity and complexity of British cheese in a way that cannot be achieved anywhere else because of the hundreds of similar cheeses there to be tasted.
“It’s a unique opportunity to compare and taste similar cheeses – these opportunities don’t come along very often.”
